2.1. Perfume, Room Spray, Hand Sanitizer, Candles, Car Perfume.
2.1.1. All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective or incorrect products.
2.2. Workshops & Events
2.2.1. To register for a workshop or corporate event, participants must submit the Google Form provided by us https://forms.gle/WDWfyZtEfc4E1wTU9. Payment will not be processed immediately.
2.2.2. Once we receive the registration form, we will review the details and contact the participant regarding payment and confirmation.
2.2.3. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event to be eligible for a refund. No refunds for last-minute cancellations.
2.2.4. We provide all necessary materials. Participants must follow safety guidelines during the workshop.
3. Payments & Pricing
3.1. Prices are listed in MYR and are subject to change without notice.
3.2. We accept payments via Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, E-wallets, etc...

4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1. Orders are processed within [7] business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping provider.
4.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

5. Refund & Exchange Policy

5.2. Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item with proof (photos/videos).
5.3. Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 9 business days.
