DELIVERY POLICY
Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
Check your confirmation email for your tracking number or follow the steps below to track your order from your account:

2. If you don't see your shipment status, your order is still processing!
• Delivery can take up to 7 business days after the ship date.
• We are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes. Shipping is subject to change due to holiday schedules; some of our carriers may experience delays during the holiday season.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to hygiene and for your protection, we do not accept exchanges or provide refunds for pierced earrings unless the items are exhibiting a genuine fault.
Returns are only accepted for accessories other than earrings that have existing defects.
Please reach out to us via email within 48 hours of receipt.
UNCOLLECTED, DAMAGED & LOST PARCELS
Uncollected parcels that are returned to us will be charged for a re-delivery.
Ark lifestlye will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages during delivery.
